Restaurant Manager (m/f)

Job Description:
As the largest commercial gastronome, we operate 15 restaurants in Spain – Portugal and are excited to expand with 6 new locations in Germany. We are seeking a nationwide Restaurant Manager to oversee these establishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the economic performance of all restaurants in Germany.
  • Develop and implement optimal personnel deployment planning.
  • Ensure high standards of quality management.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop service staff, ensuring efficient personnel deployment.
  • Engage in operational tasks across restaurants.
  • Plan and execute events and special arrangements.
  • Monitor compliance with food and service quality standards in collaboration with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations.
  • A charismatic manager who ensures an optimal guest experience.
  • Excellent command of the German language.
